Our parent company, Papillon & Moyer Excavating & Paving, was founded in 2004 with the goal of providing exceptional, reliable service to customers in need of a broad range of construction services ~ from full-service site development and value engineering response, to crane rentals, general demolition, and more. Since then we have added four additional affiliate companies to our roster, with Regional Environmental Services being our most recent acquisition.
